However, no matter how I adjusted it and turned the volume up all the way, I still could not hear the caller. It is light weight and fairly small. I returned it the same day that I received it. I have tried a few headsets to find one that works, has clear sound, has loud enough volume and is comfortable. Well, after trying this one, I am still looking.This headset is very comfortable because you can form the ear loop to fit your ear.
This is a good product because you can keep your hand busy, while you are attending the phone.But, the product has some problems when you are trying to connect it.
